Tarak is an EPR, Plastic credit, carbon credit, waste minimization, and zero-waste solutions expert and has managed overall operations of integrated waste management projects in Delhi and Lagos and managed waste management Industrial city Jamshedpur (India) and urban municipality services on the smart city framework.

Mr Valmeekam Aravindu is a Graduate Engineering professional having 27 years of wide working experience in the Waste Management Segment in India and Abroad. Working towards Zero Waste Circular Economy by adopting in-house technological advancements for Waste Minimization and its safe process in a decentralized manner, in an environmentally sustainable way. Also to achieve Zero-Landfill status in residential complexes, Industrial Segments, Commercial areas, etc.

Mr Tarun Chauhan is a visionary leader with a deep passion for clean technologies having more than 30 years of rich experience in Business Development, Perspective Business Planning & Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Key Account Management. His vision is to act as a bridge between industries/institutions and help them in developing sustainable technologies by grooming and promoting indigenous solutions with innovative technology partners across the globe.

Mr Agander Parashar has more than 30 Years of Diversified experience in Senior Management positions across West Africa & India. He is an MCA, MBA(Materials Management), B. Tech Certified Scrum Master, and Indian Air Force Veteran. He is a Project implementation in ZWC Solution. Proud to be part of a team working towards making all Human and Economical Activities Zero Waste through Innovation, Digital platforms and the Participation of citizens.

Manish Chhajed

CSO, Director

Manish has a cumulative experience of 18 years; 16 as an investor, mentor & advisor; 2 in MMIC technology. He has completed and advised deals of over $1bn across 100+ companies in his career so far across sectors & geographies including technology, education, healthcare, textiles, consumer & retail, renewable & thermal power, oil & gas, auto ancillary, courier & logistics, industrial & manufacturing. He is CSO, Director in Zero Waste Circular Solutions.

Parveen Kumar Mittal

Technical Advisor

Mr Mittal has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry. During this period he has worked on various technologies, catering to multiple industries. He is a serial entrepreneur, who founded two companies working in the field of IT/IoT. He has been instrumental in the creation of multiple IT products specially designed for the Indian MSME sectors. For ZWC, he is being responsible for scaling up the complete ERP comprising of functionalities ranging from waste collection to connecting dots of the complete waste management eco-system.

Dr K K Sinha is an environmental and energy professional having about 30 years of experience in extending consultancy services to government, public sector undertaking and private industries. Executed projects in the field of Liquid and Solid Waste Management, Certified Trainer for the Waste Management Rules, and Developed guidelines for the various industrial sectors towards pollution prevention, Waste Minimization and Cleaner Production.

Tarak is an EPR, Plastic credit, carbon credit, waste minimization, and zero-waste solutions expert.

Tarak has managed overall operations of integrated waste management projects in two cities namely Delhi and Lagos from the scratch. Managed overall waste management Industrial city Jamshedpur (India) and managed urban municipality services on the smart city framework. Tarak has vast working exposure in Quality assurance and business excellence (Tata Business Excellence Model).

He is a certified lead auditor of ISO QMS and OHSAS and an assessor of business excellence.

Tarak has worked for Tata Steel, Ramky Group, Ramky Cleantech Singapore, JSW energy, Visionscape group (A Dubai-based Group), and Govt of India
